Independence Day

The 77th Independence Day which reverberates our legacy of struggles and triumphs was celebrated by the students of GreenFields Public school, Vivek Vihar, Delhi with great pomp and joy in the school.

The performances enthralled the audience and added layers of elegance and delight. There was an interhouse competition recently held between the five houses namely Agni , Akash, Pawan, Prithvi and Neer . The winners were felicitated by our honourable Principal Mam Ms Namita Joshi .

First prize won by - Pawan House ( House Incharge - Ms Anju Singh)
Second prize won by - Neer House ( House Incharge - Ms Ruchika Aggarwal)

Principal mam also addressed the young students and talked about the concept of freedom in the present times. She reminded the students that to be free , it's essential that we not only break free from the external constraints but also internalised perceptions. It is our moral duty to unravel ourselves from the clutches of harsh feelings, communal intolerance, hatred and most significantly lethargy , procrastination and irresponsibility.
