• The form can be filled online with the payment of Rs.25/- as registration charges.
• Kindly ensure that receipt & acknowledgement of the registration form is generated and saved after the fee is paid.
• Incomplete registration form will be rejected.

List of Documents to be enclosed with the Registration Form

• Recent coloured passport size photograph of the Child, Mother and Father duly pasted on the form in the space provided.
• Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
• Self Attested Residence Proof and photo ID of the Parent(Voter Identity card/Ration Card /Aadhar Card/Passport/MTNL/Telephone/Water Bill/ Domicile Certificate)
• Self Attested copy of Aadhar Card of the child & his/her Parents.
• Self attested copy of I Card or latest Fee Receipt of GFPS Sibling/12th Class Marksheet in case of GFPS Alumni.

Instructions for filling up the Registration Form

• Parents should read the instruction carefully before filling in the Registration Form to avoid rejection
• Parent should fill in each entry of the form and should write NA for entries, which are not applicable. Kindly do not leave any entry blank.
• Incomplete form will not be accepted. No amendment in the entries in Registration Form will be accepted after its submission..
• Please enclose the required Attested / Self Attested documents along with the Registration Form as per the mentioned list. Tick the enclosed document in the list and fill the total number of enclosed documents.

NOTE:

• Filling and submitting of the Registration Form does not confirm and guarantee candidate's Admission to the school.
• Discrepancy in information in Registration Form & Documents provided at the time of Admission will lend to rejection of application for Admission.

CLASS II to IX and XI ADMISSION

Limited seats are available for these classes against vacant seats only.. Registration and further proceedings are done as per the vacancy.

Eligibility

A child who is 6 ½ years old as on 1st April of a year is eligible for admission to Class-II and similarly for all other classes with a difference of one year each.

Procedure

The child has to undergo an admission test based on the basics of the previous class syllabus of English, Hindi, Maths and Science. A short meeting with both the parents and scrutiny of the documents is also required. The child must secure 70% marks in the admission test to ensure a seat for himself/herself.
